48 hour tracked -
Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days of receipt to the delivery address provided at checkout using a 48 hour tracked delivery service. We recommend providing an email AND a contact telephone number in case we have any queries.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. We cannot be held accountable if delays occur due to missing address information.

Returns

All sales are considered final, I am unable to offer cancellation or return options once you have placed an order. 

If you receive broken or wrong items, please contact me via email at madeinthewoodshed@gmail.com with your order no and photos of the items.

Please note that small flaws or imperfections do not class as a fault as hardwood is a natural material and always has small imperfections and knots visible. Each item is 100% unique and full of character.
